Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the IbiDataSub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Services and Products

2.1 Digital Services

IbiDataSub operates as a reseller of digital products, including airtime and data services. We are not responsible for service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party network providers (e.g., MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile).

2.2 Hardware Products

All physical products (including routers, scanners, and related devices) are sold subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and terms.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Returns

• All transactions are deemed final and non-reversible once successfully processed.
• Failed digital transactions will be automatically refunded to the user’s IbiDataSub wallet within a reasonable timeframe.
• Physical products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided:
  • The item is defective
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories intact

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IbiDataSub shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, system failures, or nationwide network outages

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Where resolution cannot be reached, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
